Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Long Win LLC collects when you play Rumble of Ages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: if you link an account, your email address or Google account identifier. If you play anonymously, a randomly generated account identifier with no personal details.

Gameplay data: your save data, progress, collection, and in-game activity, so we can sync your game across sessions and devices.

Purchase records: a record of what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number.

Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as request logs.

How we use your information

To run the game and save your progress, to process and verify purchases, to provide support, to keep the service secure, and to improve the game.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the game: Supabase (authentication and database/storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage and IndexedDB to keep your game save and sign-in session on your device. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@rumbleofages.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children's privacy

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@rumbleofages.com.
