The agreement between you and Long Win LLC for playing Rumble of Ages.

Rumble of Ages is an online game operated by Long Win LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or playing Rumble of Ages, or by making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.
Rumble of Ages lets you play anonymously or link an account by email or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Progress is saved to our servers and to your device.
Rumble of Ages is in active development and offered as an early-access "Alpha". Content, balance, systems, pricing, and game economy will change as the game is developed toward Beta and full release. Service may be interrupted, reset in part, or temporarily unavailable.
Our commitment to early players: your hero roster and anything you have purchased carry forward across versions. If a hero or item you own is removed or materially reworked during development, you will receive an in-game diamond refund for it. These in-game diamond refunds are the sole remedy for such changes and are not redeemable for cash.
The game includes virtual currency (such as Chrono Crystals) and virtual items. These are licensed to you for use within the game; you do not own them. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value.
We may manage, modify, or remove virtual items and currency as part of developing the game, subject to the early-access commitment in Section 4.
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Virtual currency and items are delivered to your account immediately and are considered consumed on delivery.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use unauthorized third-party software or bots, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, buy or sell accounts, or use the game for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Rumble of Ages and its art, characters, names, and content are owned by Long Win LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play the game for your own entertainment. Historical and mythological figures are interpreted as original game characters.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be affected by the development process described in Section 4.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Win LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim, or US$50.
We may suspend or end your access to the game at any time for violations of these terms or to protect the service or other players. You may stop using the game at any time.
We may update these terms as the game develops. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the game after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, to the extent permitted by law.
