All sales final
Because these goods are digital and delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing here limits rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
Early-access (Alpha) protection
Rumble of Ages is in active development. If a hero or item you purchased or owned is later removed or materially reworked, we will grant you an in-game diamond refund for it. These diamond refunds are provided in-game and are not redeemable for cash.
Unauthorized charges or errors
If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly at support@rumbleofages.com and we will investigate.
How to request help
Email support@rumbleofages.com from the address linked to your account (or include your in-game account identifier) along with the date and details of the purchase.
